Astra G2 Version 11.12.4 RV and marine dealer management software includes our new Enhanced Documents feature, with two exciting improvements designed to boost your branding and improve shop efficiency in your RV and marine dealership.

Enhanced Documents allows you to print full-color dealership logos on your Shop Work Orders, Customer Estimates and Work Orders.  You can even choose to employ two logos – whether to signify diversity in your operations, or to include both a graphic element and a text file with specific location and contact information.  And IDS has also included the ability to add pre-defined ‘watermarks’ – the faint gray text behind the document’s main contents -  to identify whether it’s an Estimate or a Work Order for easier identification.

In addition to logo printing, Enhanced Documents allows you to print a bar code on every Estimate and Work Orders for quick, easy, and accurate scanning – eliminating the need for manual transcription and the inevitable errors that result.  Scanning improves both efficiency and accuracy – and it’s available with just a simple, one-time setup with Astra G2 Version 11.12.4!
