The Buying Process

At Integrated Dealer Systems we take a very hands-on approach to helping you with the evaluation and purchase process. We understand that this will be an important decision for your company and our goal is to help you make the right decision so that you never have to do it again.

Initial Contact
Whether you call us on the phone or request additional information online, one of our inside account representatives will speak with you and ask some basic questions about your organization and your specific business objectives. If you would like to continue the process, the next step in the buying process will be to conduct a business requirements consultation.
Business Requirements Consultation
One of our senior account representatives will contact you by phone for a business requirements consultation. Our account representatives are not only very knowledgeable about the products and services that we offer, they also have a great deal of experience with the unique business processes in your industry. They will use this knowledge and experience to make some specific recommendations for your organization.
Onsite Evaluation and Product Demonstration
Once the business requirements consultation is complete and you have determined that an IDS product is a good fit for your business, your account representative will make an appointment to meet with you at your business location. Additional information will be gathered in person from the department managers and decision makers within your company. At that point we will be able to give you a product demonstration that is geared towards your particular business needs.
Business Solution Proposal
After the product demonstration, you will be presented with a business solutions proposal detailing the particular products and services recommended to accomplish your objectives.
