The IDS Dealer Resource Center (DRC) is an on-line learning and reference environment provided for users of IDS systems. Using the DRC, IDS customers can submit calls directly to the IDS support department and track the status of each call on-line. Additionally, the DRC provides fully searchable access to the IDS Academy Learning Center, the IDS Knowledge Base, and a number of documentation and application downloads.

Some areas of the DRC do not require a login, including the What’s New and Advanced Training sections. To access these areas without logging in, click here.
