The IDS Dealer Resource Center (DRC) is an on-line learning and reference environment provided for users of IDS systems. Using the DRC, IDS customers can submit calls directly to the IDS support department and track the status of each call on-line. Additionally, the DRC provides fully searchable access to the IDS Academy Learning Center, the IDS Knowledge Base, and a number of documentation and application downloads.

If you already have a user name and password, use the Log In to the DRC area to the left to log in.

Some areas of the DRC do not require a login, including the What's New and Advanced Training sections. Use the Enter DRC Without Login link in the Quick Links section to the right to access these areas without logging in.

If you do not have a user name or password and would like one, use the Request Access Quick Link to submit a request for a user name and password.
