CRM: New CRM KPIs

Release 11.14.1

A user can set up KPI’s to Monitor Opportunities, Activities and Ups by going into G2 Sales> click on Edit Dashboard under My Dashboards in the left column.

Then in the gray box immediately above My Dashboards, click on the down arrow and select Activities Completed, Activities Overdue, Activities Scheduled, Opportunities Estimated/Revenue, or Ups Created categories to see the new KPI choices ( click on the red “X” in the upper right corner to exit Edit Dashboard.)
