How to Change the Default Email Domain for IDS-Generated Emails

If your IDS-generated emails are being sent with the wrong email domain (e.g. instead of, you need to change the default email domain, which you can easily do by following these steps:

  1. In G2 Admin > Setup > Update Module Configurations, select the System tab.  
  2. Enter the correct default email domain in the Value column for Config #25.
  3. Once this change has been made, click the Save icon on the toolbar or menu: File > Save.

NOTE: Each dealership location has its own configurations setting, so this change will need to be done on all locations. Simply change the location code in the Account to Update field and repeat the steps above.
