Leads Can Now Have Multiple Comments

Improvements in comments for leads.

Leads can now have multiple Comments, rather than adding to the single Comment.

This feature is only available to G2 CRM Users.

To Test the Multiple Comments for Leads, users will log into G2. In G2 Sales> Launch CRM> Leads, open an existing Lead or create a new Lead, add a line in Lead and Interest Comments in the Comments window. Save the Comment, and the new Comment appears in Lead and Interest Comments field. Now Save the Lead.

Next, add another line on that same Lead to Lead and Interest Comments. Notice in the window that each Comment is now separated, and has a different date and time stamp, just like the Comments in Contacts and Opportunities have.
