Service: Appointment Calendar Can Now be Printed

The Appointment Calendar in G2 Service can now be readily printed.

To Print the Appointment Calendar the user will need to be in G2 Service> Job Scheduler> Appointment Calendar, you can access the printer icon in the quick access toolbar on the top line or in the orange Start button’s main menu in the upper left hand corner.

The print form will allow a choice of just service appointments, just delivery appointments, or both. Clicking on the checkbox in front of Preview will display a report to the screen, which can then be printed; otherwise, the report will be printed directly to the default printer. Then click on the OK button.
