Users now have the ability to send an email that is generated and sent to the customer with a copy of an Internal or Warranty Work Order or Estimate attached. This feature is only available in G2.
To email a copy of an Internal or Warranty Work Order or Estimate, open G2 Service> Update Work Order or Update Estimate, select a Work Order or Estimate with only an Internal or Warranty job performed or to be performed.
On the Taskbar at the top left of the screen, left-click on Functions and then in the dropdown, select Email Work Order or Estimate. The User has a chance to edit the Addressees, the Subject and the Body of the email before sending.
