Service Managers Have Been Updated for New Features And Improved Performance

Work order manager, work order estimate manager, claim manager and unclaimed warranty manager rewritten to improve performance and add features. Quicker and more flexible Estimate Manager, Work Order Manager, Unclaimed Warranty Manager and Claim Manager have been developed.

The detail grids in each of these Managers can have the data layout customized in the order it is desired that they appear, and by deselecting less relevant columns and inserting new columns, to make the detail grids more attuned to how each Dealership does business.

To Try the New Estimate Manager, users will sign into G2.

In G2 Service> Work Orders > Manage Estimates, click on the Select Estimates button to see how quickly the detail grid will load with Estimates now. Notice in the example below, in the View field, we have replaced the Default View with a Custom View which  was Saved to show the Status in the right-most column.

To Try the New Work Order Manager, users will sign into G2.

In G2 Service> Work Orders > Manage Work Orders, click on the Select Work Orders button to see how quickly the detail grid will load with Work Orders now. Notice in the example below, in the View field, we have replaced the Default View with a Custom View which was Saved to show the Work Order Date in the right-most column.

To Try the New Unclaimed Warranty Manager, users will sign into G2.
In G2 Service> Warranty > Manage Unclaimed Warranty, click on the Select Unclaimed Warranty button to see how quickly the detail grid will load with Unclaimed Warranty now. Notice in the example below, in the View field, I have replaced the Default View with a Custom View which we have Saved that shows the Work Order and Job key in the right-most column.

To Try the New Claim Manager, users will sign into G2.

In G2 Service> Warranty > Manage Claims, click on the Select Claims button to see how quickly the detail grid will load with Claims now. Notice in the example below, in the View field, I have replaced the default View with a Custom View which I had Saved that shows the Claimed amount in the right-most column.
