IDS Welcomes Lindsey Manders to its Family

IDSIDS is pleased to introduce a new addition to its staff. Lindsey Manders joined IDS in June as a Help Desk Administrator, serving as an initial point of contact for many customer inquiries. 

Lindsey enjoys being able to help customers with any assistance they may need so they can get back to work as quickly as possible. She has extensive customer service experience having previously served in sales/support and real estate positions. Lindsey learned at a very young age to be responsive and do whatever it takes to make clients happy. She feels that mindset has helped her take on her new role at IDS.

Lindsey was born and raised in Norwalk, CT, and attended Central Connecticut State University where she majored in Psychology and minored in English. When she’s away from work, she loves to go geocaching with her husband and 5-year-old daughter. She also enjoys reading about the latest technology and new gadgets that are out on the market.
