Guest speaker: Michael Rees
Michael is a hands-on, results-oriented leader with a comprehensive successful background in RV sales, management, training and overall dealership operations. Michael has written several articles for magazines such as Auto Dealer Monthly, RV Executive Today and RV Business. He is also a regular workshop speaker at the annual RVDA and NADA conventions – he invariably speaks to a full house due to his captivating topics and lively presentation style.
Mark has been an IDS Professional Services Regional Account Manager for over 5 years and has been working with IDS software at dealerships over the last 18 years. He enjoys being part of a company that not only has a very significant impact on the RV and Marine dealerships success across the US and Canada, but also the impact it has on the people that work for them.
Shaunna Tripanier has been with IDS for nearly 13 years serving as a Help Desk Administrator, Customer Support for the parts and service team, Accounting Support, and her current role as a Professional Service Consultant. She enjoys working with the customers and gets satisfaction in knowing that she has helped someone learn new things. She feels that IDS has made so many wonderful changes to the software that it makes her job easy and exciting.
Marilyn has been at IDS for 19 years serving as both a Professional Services Consultant and an Account Representative for the West Coast. Marilyn enjoys the variety of her work which includes everything from consulting, training, organizing, assisting, and anything in between. She came to IDS with industry experience having worked for an RV manufacturer and a large international boat dealership.
Kurt has 11 years of experience working for IDS and currently serves as a Customer Advocate in the Professional Services team. He is taking new clients live on the IDS software, upgrading current customers to Astra G2 and supporting new customers through the 60-90 day period after they go live. Before his current role, Kurt held positions in implementation, sales and was a sales engineer. He has strong knowledge in the RV industry having previously served as a controller for a multi-location dealership.
Kimberly Schultz is the Director of Professional Services. She has made invaluable contributions to the company throughout her 15 years of service. Kimberly enjoys that each dealership’s story is a bit different and in order to implement the software successfully, a dealer has to not only look at the current situation, but make the software and its benefits fit within the dealership.
As a Director of Product Management, Mario is responsible for the leadership and direction of the IDS products. He conducts extensive research with customers to develop solutions within the product that will improve business. He then takes that information and collaborates with not just the Research and Development team, but all departments to help design and deliver innovative solutions.
