*RECT (Repair Event Cycle Time) is the amount of time it takes to repair a unit at your shop.
The report consists of 3 sections:
A high-level overview of the RECT in your region and the nation.
A detailed breakdown of how warranty impacts RECT in your region and the nation.
A detailed breakdown of how parts availability impacts RECT in your region and the nation.
This report will NOT contain numbers for your specific dealership. For that, you will need to have the IDS dealership management system installed at your dealership.
