The IDS Customer Conference is great for first time customers as well as the veterans. I felt the presentations and hospitality was very well planned. The addition of the computer lab setup was also a great great way to ask questions and learn.

I would say this conference was very well organized and you could tell that a lot of thought was put into making it a great event. I appreciated all of the topics that were covered and the format of the larger group presentations and smaller “training” sessions really served its purposed.
