Wake Forest, NC, March 15, 2021 – Integrated Dealer Systems (IDS), a leading RV, marine, and trailer dealership software provider, is pleased to welcome two new Account Managers to the team. Chris Sach and Jen Murphy will both be using their extensive background in consultative sales to ensure IDS customers receive a top-notch experience.
Chris Sach has spent nearly two decades working as the Owner and Vice President of one of the largest family-owned and operated RV dealerships in Colorado, RV America. Having implemented IDS across their multiple locations in 2005, Chris brings first-hand insights into the customer’s perspective to his role.
“I am excited to be back in the RV and Marine industries and a part of the IDS team,” says Chris. “As a former dealer, I know first-hand many of the challenges facing our customers. I look forward to helping dealers in the Western Region alleviate their challenges with the current and future products from IDS.”
With a 20+ year background in Sales and Operations, Jen Murphy worked for both large corporations and small businesses selling software and hardware solutions. As a former General Manager, she understands the day-to-day challenges of running successful teams and departments, creating positive customer experiences, and meeting the financial goals of the company.
“As the Eastern Region Account Manager, I am looking forward to helping our customers map out their strategic plans and identify how IDS can help them to reach their goals,” says Jen.
